What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, nor refunds. We also do not allow cancellations or modifications on orders placed. Please ensure payment, order, and shipping address information are correct before submitting your order.
What if I receive wrong/damaged items?
We have a very extensive quality control system in place to ensure all orders are correct and in good shape, but if for any reason we do get it wrong, we will make things right.
If we sent the wrong or damaged items please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order confirmation number and details about the wrong/damaged items along with pictures provided. All tags and hair extensions must be in its original packaging untampered.
Colors may vary from what you see on your device screen, and may not qualify if we sent the correct color, but is slightly different from what’s on screen.
You can not ship items to us, without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
After contacting us we will provide you with our return shipping address for inspection of the wrong or damaged item. After inspecting items, if you are eligible for an exchange, we will send the correct items as soon as possible with an email confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
